We think it's a good time to have a look at big named but overvalued players on the index in their relation to buzz return. We know that to create a solid base to your portfolio and benefit from dividend return you need to invest in regular buzz winners. However, not all big named players will guarantee you buzz wins. These are our top 3 players to avoid when building your portfolio...

Third in our list is Chelsea forward Eden Hazard, even though he seems to be back to his best form and been influential in Chelsea dominance this season he only managed the buzz 5 times in 2016. At the time of writing, he is an expensive £2.66. At that price, those 5 wins only offered traders a 9.4% return on investment.

Second up is Liverpool midfielder Phillipe Coutinho. The Brazilian only won the buzz 4 times during 2016, one less than Hazard. With his price currently at £2.51 money invested in him now and a similar buzz return next year will give investors a 7.9% dividend payout on their investment.

Number one in the list though has got to be Sergio Aguero. The City forward had one measly buzz win to his name throughout all of 2016 and at a pricey £2.08, gave his owners a miniscule 2.4% dividend return.

Now, these returns don't look bad at all in comparison to other forms of investing. We must also appreciate there may be some value to be had holding these players bearing in mind the remarkable growth of the index is general, However there is much better value out there when it comes to creating a portfolio that offers top dividends.
